South African U23 road champion Louis Visser is anticipating a tough challenge as he moves into the elite category at the SA Road Championships in Swellendam this weekend.
The TEG Procycling rider turns 23 this year and is looking forward to giving it his best against the cream of the country’s road contenders.
Visser won the road race in the U23 division in Mpumalanga last year and is now eyeing to be in contention in the top division, which will play out over 178km.
He considers the national championships as one of the highlights of his annual programme.
