The GO WEST! Cycling Festival is taking place from September 17 until 20 and is set to attract the country’s top cycling talent for a series of four road racing criterium events through the beautiful streets of the West Rand District Municipality.
Race details are as follows:
Carletonville – September 17 (5.30pm) – (1.48km circuit) 80km – Men Elite (2hrs of racing) – spectator friendly
Westonaria – September 18 (5.30pm) – (1.52km circuit) 80km – Men Elite (2hrs of racing)
Randfontein – September 19 (5.30pm) – (1.24km circuit) 80km – Men Elite (2hrs racing)
Krugersdorp – September 20 (5pm) – (2.05km circuit) 110km racing – Men Elite and Women Elite (3.5 hours)
