The XCO Cup Series opening round will take place on February 28 in Port Elizabeth.
The 4.7km route will start and finish at the William Moffet Retail Park and features a 170m ascent through the Baakens Valley Nature Reserve. Riders can expect natural obstacles including some short, sharp climbs in the valley and loose gravel on some of the climbs, which will increase the challenge level.
Pre-entries are open until February 24 and can be found at XCO Cup Series.
