James Oosthuizen, Dylan le Roux and Joshua Buchel were the winners of the first stage of the 2015 Pennypinchers Junior Road Cycle Tour in Mbombela today.
The U/16 boys completed an 84km route, the Juniors a 122km route and the U/23 men completed a 120.5km route.
