Mountain bikers looking to get in some good hard miles in their legs before the Cape Epic should take advantage of the early bird entries for the Garden Route 300 or GR Lite from February 26 to 28.

The three-stage race offers challenging but scenic riding on pristine Knysna forest single-track.

Taking in the Garden Route Trail Park, Garden Route National Park and Harkerville Forest trails, participants will enjoy some of the finest riding in the Southern Cape.
The resort town offers a range of camping, hotel and B&B accommodation, allowing riders to rest and prepare for the next day in comfort.
The feature race offers 250km of riding, with the Lite option registering around 180km.
Enter before December 31 and enjoy a reduced rate of R4 480 per rider. This includes race kit, registration bag, all meals and finisher’s medal.
