The Kargo Pro Cycling Team has added Grant Usher to its line-up as a marathon, stage race and ultra-endurance specialist.

His focus will be on the Cape Pioneer Trek and Cape Epic as well as shorter one-day races.
Last year, Usher placed third in the Single Speed World Championships in Japan and second in the inaugural Munga.
“I’m really looking forward to the professionalism that the Kargo team exudes and the competitive environment that will allow me to keep improving.”
He will compete in the first leg of the Trailseeker on Saturday and alongside teammate William Mokgopo in the Juma on Sunday.
Usher has set his sights on a top-20 finish at the Cape Epic, a top-five spot at the Iron Bike in Italy and to win the Munga.
