Find out where best to follow the action at tomorrow’s Trans Baviaans MTB Marathon in this overview of checkpoints and spectator hot spots.
The race starts at 10am in Willowmore. From there riders climb to The Roof at about 23km.
The first checkpoint is at 52km with the leaders expected to arrive at the second checkpoint after 104km at about 1pm.
Participants will climb all the way to Bergplaas, about 140km into the race. This is a good location for cellphone reception.
Riders exit the kloof and head to checkpoint five at 172km before climbing the Never Ender at 187km en route to the seventh checkpoint at 200km.
The first riders are expected to arrive in Jefferys Bay at about 8pm.
