Jason Davies and Brennan Anderson took their second win at Berg and Bush ‘Great Trek’ and secured the overall title when the event concluded at Em’seni Camp in KwaZulu-Natal today.
The pair completed three days of riding, the first of which was neutral, in 4:19:43. Douglas Drysdale and Justin Lange were second in 4:28:26 with Carl Adendorff and Dallen Roos completing the top three overall in 4:28:40.
Anelda Erken and Suzette Roode won the women’s race, stopping the clock on the third day at a total of 6:13:38 in the saddle.
Derek Devine and Aileen Anderson took overall honours in the solo categories.
