The event, which takes place in and around wine farms in the Western Cape, will feature 60km, 40km and 20km route options.
David Bellairs, director of the CTCT Trust, said both the longer distances were suited to more experienced riders, while the shorter race was ideal for those looking for an enjoyable outing.
This year Howard Grotts and Jennie Stenerhag were crowned champions after two days of riding through the Le Bonheur Wine Estate.
Entries for the 17th edition of the event can be done online via the Cape Town Cycle Tour website.
