Results for the first day of Wines2Whales Adventure, which took riders on a 68km ride from Lourensford Wine Estate to Oak Valley Wine Estate, can be viewed below.

Sukkel Sukkel’s Francois Theron and Fritz Pienaar took the win in the open men’s race, with Dream Real Digital’s Waldo Zevenster and Carl Toua in second. Epic Grid’s Christo Toua Toua and Gareth Harrington rounded out the podium.
Team likemotherlikedaughter’s Simone Rhoda and Lolita Van Aardt claimed victory in the women’s race. Oakley Group Girls’ Janine Muller and Mari du Toit finished second, with Wines2Whales’ Erica Green and Reinette Geldenhuis in third.
In the mixed team category Team Rotsvas’ Anton and Adrienne Moolman took the top step, with Boys & Bikes’ Yzette Oelofse and Petrus Oelofse in second, while Galileo Risk’s Theresa Ralph and Hamish Knowles took third.
