Brandon van der Berg and Lona Liebenberg won the main 40km ATKV Buffelspoort MTB race, which took place on Saturday.
Van der Berg crossed the finish in 1:36:13. Coming second, Shaun Botha finished in 1:40:19 with Francois Ellis rounding out the podium in 1:42:47.

Liebenberg won the women’s category in 2:09:28, with Vanessa Kleyn finishing second in 2:11:08. Hanje Nel completed the podium in 2:20:18.
Lenre Coetzee (28:20) and Salomina Steyn (43:06) each won the 15km race respectively.
