Brendan Havenga and Alma Bester both won the main 60km race on day two, as well as the 40km feature on day three of the Sondela Family 3-Day Stage Race at the Sondela Nature Reserve & Spa over the weekend.
Havenga won the 60km race in 2:18:45 and the 40km event in 1:23:42. Kian Victor was runner-up in both races, finishing in 2:20:17 and 1:28:04. FC du Plessis placed third in both races with times of 2:24:22 and 1:28:24 respectively.

Bester topped the podium in the women’s category on both occasions in 2:43:09 and 1:34:01 respectively. Elna Naude took second spot in the 60km, but third in the 40km with times of 2:46:10 and 1:40:41 respectively.
Hildegard Setzkorn rounded out the podium in the 60km, but finished second in the 40km, completing the race in 2:50:51 and 1:39:21 respectively.
