Mark Fourie and Carolyn Smith won the main 54km race at the Kariega MTB Classic, which took place at Kenton-On-Sea today.
Fourie topped the podium in a time of 1:58:42, beating James Thompson at second in 2:00:30. Charles Keey rounded out the podium in 2:00:41.

Smith won the women’s category in 2:28:06. Dorita Kampstra came second in 2:36:14, with Sheryl Hanger completing the podium in 2:54:12.
Ethan Cox (1:01:33) and Henriette Grobler (1:19:02) won the 20km race each respectively.
