Insect Science’s Alan Gordon and Timothy Hammond won the third and final stage of the Knysna Bull in the Western Cape today to claim the overall title.
The pair won the stage in 2:30:12, beating Bike Shop-Scott-Strocam’s Aiden Connelly and Rogan Smart into second and William Simpson’s Derrin Smith and Mike Posthumus into third.
The final GC was also in that same order with the Insect Science pair having a total time of 8:05:32, beating the other two duos by seven-and-a-half minutes and 32 minutes respectively.

Dylan Rebello won the solo men’s category in stage three, as well as the final GC, with Theresa Ralph taking full spoils for the solo women.
Cape Brewing Company’s Jennie Stenerhag and Craig Gerber were dominant in the mixed category and won the overall title.
