Swiss Urs Huber and South African Amy McDougall won the 80km feature Sabie Classic in Mpumalanga yesterday.
Huber completed the race in 3:28:49, beating German Tim Bohme into second by just less than three minutes. German Simon Stiebjahn rounded out the podium in 3:34:33.
NAD Pro’s Nico Bell was the first South African to finish the race, placing fourth overall in 3:35:46.

McDougall, who aimed to mark her mark before the race, won the women’s category in 4:17:36, beating Samantha Sanders and Danielle Strydom into second and third respectively.
