David George and Yolande de Villiers won the Amarider 100Miler in Malmesbury, Western Cape, today.
George completed the 161km race in 5:37:29, beating HB Kruger into second by six-and-a-half minutes. Bennie Viljoen rounded out the podium.

De Villiers won the women’s category in 6:00:31, beating Marleen Lourens into second.
David Garrett won the 50Miler race in 2:50:00, with Anel Henn taking the spoils in the women’s race.
