Julian Jessop and Bianca Haw won the 60km feature of the Karkloof Classic, which took place in KwaZulu-Natal today.
The PYGA Euro Steel rider, who wanted to win the race for the first time as it held sentimental value to him, finished in 2:39:22. Stuart Marais got home just a second later, with Pieter du Toit completing the podium.

Haw won the women’s race in 3:13:32, beating Jeannie Bomford into second. Christie-Leigh Hearder rounded out the podium.
Sam Moore and Frances Janse van Rensburg won the men’s and women’s 40km race respectively.
