Neill Clark and Freda van Zyl won the 61.5km feature race of the Meiringspoort MTB Challenge in De Rust, Western Cape, on Saturday.
Clark completed the race in 2:29:12, beating Braam Wannenburg into second. Brain Brummer completed the podium.

Van Zyl won the women’s category in 3:02:27. Rose Bailey followed in second, with Robyn Assad rounding out the podium.
Matthew Leppan and Jantoene Oosthuizen won the men’s and women’s 31km race respectively.
