Declan Sidey and Samantha Sanders won the 70km feature of the Ngwenya Glass MTB Challenge in Swaziland on Saturday.
Sidey completed the race in 3:18:48, beating Heine Engelbrecht into second. Muzi Shabongu completed the podium.

Sanders won the women’s race in 3:30:22, finishing third overall. Retha Harding finished second almost two hours later, with Raine Fouche eventually getting home in third.
Sihle Dlamini (2:05:17) and Johlene Faul (2:39:57) won the respective men’s and women’s 42km race.
