Bora-Hansgrohe’s Peter Sagan sprinted to victory on the 169.9km 13th stage of the Tour de France in Valence today.
The Slovakian world champion completed the stage in 3:45:55, beating UAE Team Emirates’ Alexander Kristoff and Groupama-FDJ’s Arnaud Demare in the final sprint.

Team Sky’s Geraint Thomas retained his race lead of 53:10:38, clear of teammate Chris Froome in second and Team Sunweb’s Tom Dumoulin in third.
South Africa’s Reinardt Janse van Rensburg, riding for Dimension Data, finished 11th.
