Bora-Hansgrohe’s Peter Sagan sprinted to victory on the 182.5km second stage of the Tour de France in La Roche-Sur-Yon today.
The Slovakian completed the race in 4:06:37, beating Bahrain-Merida’s Sonny Colbrelli (Italy) and Groupama-FDJ’s Arnaud Demare (France) in a sprint finish.

Sagan moved into the yellow jersey ahead of the 35.5km team time-trial tomorrow; six seconds clear from Quick-Step Floors’ Fernando Gaviria (Belgium) in second.
