The Full Throttle pair finished the 86km men’s team road race in 2:25:37 to beat Vertical Spaces’ Muhammed Chothia and Reece Tifflin (2:57:43). Third were Just-in/Nic-al’s Alister Reid and Nicholas da Silva (3:18:20).
Meme’s Pieter Avenant and Zanri Rossouw won the mixed event in 2:43:42 with Bluff Multisport’s Paul and Angelique Muller (2:50:22) in second. Jaco and Linda Fouche (3:03:24) finished third.
Ryan Harris (2:25:10) took the spoils in the men’s solo race. He was followed by Martin Atterbury (2:38:11) and Dane Raubenheimer (2:50:21).
Parkin and Hillerman retain the overall lead in 5:51:46, followed by Tifflin and Chothia (7:37:48). Third are Reid and Da Silva (8:01:22).
Avenant and Rossouw (6:36:57) lead the mixed category with the Mullers (6:53:42) in second and the Fouches (7:06:48) in third.
Harris leads the solo men’s race in 5:59:56 ahead of Atterbury (6:19:19) and Raubenheimer (6:43:57).
