Rwanda’s Samuel Mugisha won the tour, beating POC Cote de Lumière’s Jean Claude Uwizeye by 21 seconds.

Groupement Sportif Des Petroliers’ Azzedine Lagab won the 82.2km final stage in 2:06:20, with SA’s Jayde Julius finishing 12th. Fourie came home in 17th.
