David Lozano Riba won stage seven of the Tour du Rwanda in Kigali today.
The Novo Nordisk rider finished the 107km race from Musanze in 2:48:18 to beat POC Cote de Lumière’s Valens Ndayisenga (0:17) and Jean Claude Uwizeye.

Jayde Julius finished 24th on the stage, making him the highest placed South African.
Rwanda’s Samuel Mugisha retained the overall lead in 22:20:27, followed by Uwizeye (at 0:21) and Ethiopia’s Mulu Hailemichael (at 1:10).
