Groupama-FDJ’s Thibaut Pinot soloed to victory in the 200km Milano-Torino in Torino today.
The Frenchman completed the race in 4:43:36, beating Astana Pro’s Miguel Angel Lopez by 10 seconds. Movistar’s Alejandro Valverde completed the podium another 18 seconds later.
