South Africa’s Sanet Coetzee won the elite women’s criterium at the Africa Cup road tour in Eritrea today.
Coetzee, provisionally, beat Ethiopian Tsega Gebre and fellow countrywoman Maroesjka Matthee into second and third respectively.

The SA team, which also consists of Liezel Jordaan and Zanri Rossouw, will compete in the UCI 1.1 road race tomorrow.
