Travis Stedman and Frances Janse van Rensburg won the respective men’s and women’s 84km feature of the Drakensberg Extravaganza road race, which took place yesterday.
Stedman completed the race in 2:23:46, beating Bevan Reddy in a sprint finish. Cian Leveridge completed the podium.

Janse van Rensburg won the women’s race in 2:29:10, beating Tiffany Keep and Elmari de Wet into second and third respectively.
Thandolwethu Mfuphi (1:18:04) and Heidi Bird (1:36:16) were the respective winners in the 40km race.
