Ramses Bekkenk, as it stands at 10:30am, currently leads the 1070km race after having completed 988.4km. Heinrich Visser is in second and Chris van Zyl third.

Janine Stewart leads among the women, having ridden 770.4km.
The winners of the race can be expected to finish in Wellington later today or tonight.
