Andre Nelson won the men’s individual time-trial at the East Cape Provincial Cycling Road Champs in Port Elizabeth yesterday.
Nelson completed the 30km route in 43:28, finishing ahead of Bradley Gouveris, who won the under-23 category. Clinton Barrow rounded out the podium.
