Matt Beers and Samantha Sanders were crowned the respective men’s and women’s champions at the Knysna Bull at Simola Golf and Country Estate today.
Beers finished with a total time of 6:44:32 after the final stage of the four-day event. Alan Hatherly placed second overall in 6:44:59, with HB Kruger third in 6:47:55.

Sanders collected a total time of 7:51:37, while Jennie Stenerhag came second overall in 7:55:47 and Amy McDougall third in 8:05:46.
The stage was won by Kruger, with Beers second and Hatherly third. Robert Hobson finished fourth and Rossouw Bekker fifth.
Sanders also took the stage win in the women’s race, with McDougall second and Stenerhag third. Fourth and fifth went to Theresa Ralph and Bianca Haw respectively.
