Israel Cycling Academy’s Edwin Avila won the 103km fourth stage of the Tour du Rwanda in Karongi today.
The Colombian completed the race in 2:37:32, beating Interpro Cycling Academy’s Pablo Torres in the final sprint. Eritrea’s Sirak Tesfom rounded out the podium.

Astana Pro’s Merhawi Kudus retained his race lead of 13:48:19, 17 seconds clear of Direct Energie’s Rein Taaramae.
