German Karl Platt won the Cape Rouleur after the third and final stage concluded in Cape Town yesterday.
The stage comprised a 144km, which included a timed 5km climb, 10km stage section followed by a 1km sprint.

Platt won the climb, with Shameeg Salie winning the stage and David Wright the sprint.
The German finished with a final general classification time of 55:19, almost one minute clear of Salie.
Briton Jayati Hine claimed the overall spoils in the women’s race.
