Corendon-Circus’s Mathieu van der Poel won the 198km Grand Prix de Denain in Denain, France, today.
The Dutchman soloed to victory and managed to keep a keen chasing bunch at bay to complete the race in 4:21:39. Groupama-FDJ’s Marc Sarreau and Wanty-Groupe Gobert’s Timothy Dupont crossed the line three seconds later.
