Shaun Keppler and Monica Glover won the respective men’s and women’s races at the Beaulieu MTB Challenge in Midrand yesterday.
Keppler finished the 45km ride in 1:55:02 and was followed home by Sean Henderson (1:55:05) and Neal Corbett (2:01:35).
Troye Scholtz (2:01:37) placed fourth, with Eugene Elliot (2:01:39) fifth.
Glover won the women’s race in 2:06:08, with Tanith du Toit (2:11:04) second and Carly Kent (2:15:34) third.
Nika Duffin and Marlein Greeff won the respective 25km men’s and women’s races.
