Nicol Carstens won the two-day Extreme men’s race at the Bezhoek Extreme Mountain Bike Festival in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, today.
Alan Gordon finished second, with Ben Melt Swanepoel third.
Theresa Ralph won the women’s race in 2:17:47.
Second place went to Yolandi du Toit, with Heila Meintjes third.
