Benjamin Thomas rode to victory in the elite men’s time-trial at the French Road Championships in La Haie-Fouassière, France, on Thursday.
The Frenchman completed the 47.1km race in 58:54. Stephane Rossetto (+0:01:09) finished second while Julien Antomarchi (+0:01:47) took third.
Severine Eraud was crowned the fastest women of the day after she completed the 27.8km course in 40:12. Audrey Cordon-Ragot (+0:00:25) came second with Coralie Demay (+0:00:44) third.
