Alexander Worsdale soloed to victory on stage two of the Jock Classic in Sabie, Mpumalanga, today.
He finished the 45.4km race from White River in 1:15:05. Second and third were overall leader Nico Bell (1:15:33) and defending champion David Maree (1:15:33).
Maree lies second overall while Travis Barrett is in third.
Carla Oberholzer increased her overall lead when she won the women’s race in 1:27:11.
Samantha Sanders, who is third in the GC, came second in 1:27:36 while Parys Edwards, second overall, finished third in 1:27:38.
