Thibaut Pinot won stage 14 of the Tour de France atop of the Col du Tourmalet in France today.
The Frenchman set a winning time of 3:10:20 to take the stage honours from compatriot Julian Alaphilippe and Dutchman Steven Kruijswijk.
Groupama-FDJ’s Pinot said the Tour was not finished yet.
“We will continue to fight,” he said.
Alaphilippe of Deceuninck-QuickStep (56:11:29) continues to lead the standings after today’s 117.5km stage from Tarbes.
Defending champion Geraint Thomas (Ineos), who finished eight on the stage, trails the leader by two minutes and two seconds.
Jumbo-Visma’s Kruijswijk lies third, a further 12 seconds down.
