Shaun-Nick Bester rode to victory in the 70km men’s race at the Winter Fast One in Johannesburg today.
Bester won in 2:20:49, with Timo Cooper taking second and Pierre Smith third.
Fourth place went to Wayne van der Walt, while Thabiso Rengane claimed fifth.
The women’s feature race was won by Mariske Smith. Michaele Cooper and Marlette Hegyi placed second and third respectively.
The 40km men’s and women’s races were won by Leonard van der Merwe and Kaylin Combos.
