Loïc Vliegen (Wanty-Gobert Cycling Team) won this year’s Tour de Wallonie title when the final stage concluded in Thuin today.
Tosh van der Sande (Lotto Soudal) placed second overall, with Dries de Bondt (Corendon-Circus) third.
South African Willie Smit (Katusha-Alpecin) placed 38th in the general classification.
The fifth stage, which covered 186.7km, was won by Van der Sande. Second place was awarded to Bryan Coquard (Vital Concept-B&B Hotels), while De Bondt claimed third.
