HB Kruger and Nico Bell won the UCI elite men’s team race on stage three of the Cape Pioneer Trek in Herold today.
Second place was awarded to Arno du Toit and Gert Heyns, while Krenn Wolfgang and Moran Vermeulen completed the podium.
Theresa Ralph and Sarah Hill won the elite women’s event, with Samantha Sanders and Amy McDougall second. Nicky Giliomee and Cherise Willeit came third.
The mixed team category was won by Fienie and Kobus Barnard. Yolande de Villiers and Kevin Taljaard crossed the line in second, with Vladi Pokobova and Peter Verstraete third.
The respective solo men’s and women’s races were won by Shaun-Nick Bester and Marisa van der Linde.
