Alex Worsdale claimed the Mpumalanga Tour title when the final stage concluded at the Mbombela Stadium today.
The 20-year-old finished with an overall time of 12:02:30. Nico Bell placed second, six seconds back, with Chris Jooste third.
Worsdale was also the U23 winner of the tour.
The fourth stage was won by Bell in 3:58:23, with Worsdale crossing the line seven seconds later. Wessel Botha completed the podium.
