South Africa’s Byron Munton placed eighth in the U23 men individual time-trial at the UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire, England, today.
The race was won by Denmark’s Mikkel Bjerg, with America’s Ian Garrison second and fellow countryman Brandon McNulty third.
Fourth place went to Denmark’s Mathias Norsgaard Jorgensen, while Belgium’s Brent van Moer completed the top five.
