Herman Fourie and Gunther Katzke won this year’s Berg and Bush ‘Two-Day’ mountain bike race when the final stage finished in Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, today.
Werner and Warren Moolman were the second men’s team, with Phillip Naude and Adriaan van Wyk third.
Bridget and Timothy Theunissen were the mixed team winners, while Natalie Long and Boela van Staden came second. Third were Brett Vincent and Eudia Swart.
The women’s team winners were Karla Stumpf and Jessica James, who beat Kerrie Slater and Theresa Couzyn into second. Jo-Anne Rogers-White and Danilee Reilly completed the podium.
