Pieter Matthysen won the Grinder MTB Challenge in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, today.
Matthysen, who completed 21 laps in 5:43:42, beat Christopher Engel, who finished 20 laps in 5:55:55. Third was James Durr after he did 19 laps in 5:53:49.
Anne Vittoz won the women’s race when she completed nine laps in a time of 5:31:37.
