Robyn de Groot is all set to get another stage race in the legs when she tackles the Knysna Bull today in the lead-up to next month’s Cape Epic.

“The four continuous days of racing are a good build into the Cape Epic,” De Groot told In the Bunch.
“The race happens to also be close to home in George, so I enjoy supporting local races when I can.”
De Groot has yet to race this version of the Knysna Bull, but has participated in other editions.
