Janse van Rensburg, who also won the U23 ITT title, placed fourth overall amongst the elite women.
Haylee Preen crossed the line one second later, with Kelsey van Schoor a further second back.
Tiffany Keep and Courtney Webb placed fourth and fifth in the U23 category.
