Renay Groustra won the 76km 7 Passes MTB Race between George and Knysna in the Western Cape on Saturday.
The Capetonian beat Shannon Frost in a sprint to claim the title in 2:28:32. Ben Giliomee finished five minutes down to complete the podium.
Bridget Theunissen took the women’s race in 3:01:13 with Robyn Perry (3:01:24) second and Georgie Grobler (3:03:27) third.
