Solo rider Neill Clark won stage one of the Fish River Sun MTB Challenge near Port Alfred today.
He finished the 60km course in 2:42:10, with Ian Moore (3:01:26) and Kyle Bradford (3:01:36) completing the podium.
Michelle Schlebusch was the first solo woman home in 3:22:46 with Moms of 7’s Esthea de Villiers and Michelle Scowby the leading women’s team in 3:45:20.
Cyclo Pro’s Richard Allen and Bruce Campbell finished in 2:50:36 to take the honours in the men’s team category, while Yolande and Henties de Villiers of De Villiers Racing won the mixed section in 3:01:30.
