Wilier Triestina-Selle Italia’s Luca Pacioni won the 108.5km sixth stage of the Tour de Langkawi, which finished in Tanjung Malim, Malaysia, today.
The Italian beat Astana Pro’s Riccardo Minali (Italy) in 2:24:55 in a dash for the line. Terengganu Cycling’s Mohd Harrif Saleh (Malaysia) rounded out the podium.

DiData’s Amanuel Ghebreigzabhier Werkilul (Eritrea) finished the stage in 15th, Scott Davies (Britain) 43rd, Nicholas Dlamini (South Africa) 56th, Jaco Venter (South Africa) 66th and Johann van Zyl (South Africa) 103rd.
South Africa’s Brendon Davids, riding for Bennelong Swisswellness Cycling, finished in 45th.
Terengganu Cycling’s Artem Ovechkin retains his leader’s jersey ahead of the seventh stage tomorrow.
